Scarborough Guitar Teacher is a tutor based in Scarborough
Our teacher has been playing for over 30 years during which time he has been part of numerous bands and recording projects. These include touring indie bands, a soul wedding/function band as well as a couple of stints on drums. One of his proudest moments was taking part in a Radio 1 Peel Session at the legendary Maida Vale Studios in London.
He is a qualified and experienced guitar teacher who has taught all ages from pre-school to retired. As a largely self-taught musician, he places particular emphasis on developing a musical ear alongside practising technique. His approach is friendly, relaxed and fun while maintaining a structured and challenging programme of study.
