Our guitar tutor is a Greenwich-based guitarist and music tutor with a degree in Music and several years of experience in teaching, performing and recording in studios in the UK and Europe. He has been teaching privately electric, acoustic and classical guitar on various styles and levels, with contemporary or traditional approach. Students age ranges from 5-79 years old.
He is very flexible, friendly and approachable with a huge passion for music. Music styles he plays and teaches include : blues, country, reggae, pop, funk, indie, rock,metal,grunge, soul,classical.
He is experienced in one to one lessons, groups of two or more for the purpose of understanding the concept of playing with other people in a band situation or/and musical communication and direction. Explanation of psychology, rhythm, time keeping and musical approach to any musical situation and expectations. Teaching material to support learning is available for beginners to very advanced including techniques, music theory, examples, exercises, ear training, interval understanding.
