Guitar teacher talks about setting up with us

Guitar Teacher

“I have wanted to teach guitar for some time now.

“I have wanted to teach guitar for some time now and due to health issues and a subsequent job loss I found myself in a situation where it really was the way forward. I was offered a lifeline from My Guitar Lessons who gave me all the help, support, information and materials I required. These included posters, a website, business cards, a CRB check, lessons to teach and accounting software to start myself off with the minimum of financial outlay and fuss.

My Guitar Lessons showed me how to set up a room in my home as a teaching studio and assisted with all of the health and safety aspects involved in doing so. They recommended the best way to register as a sole trader to make me a legitimate business with the tax office.
The guide that I received as part of the extra services was very in-depth in all aspects of becoming a teacher. It assisted in many areas including how to properly market myself and how to tell anyone who could be interested in guitar lessons that I was now available to teach them. I soon began to
obtained results. I starting just before Christmas and for the first few weeks nothing happened, but soon in to the New Year I was getting lots of calls and emails from students wanting to take lessons with me.
After just 8 Months I have over 20 students, each paying £30 a lesson earning me a fantastic wage a Month. More enquires keep coming through and I'm also receiving referrals from existing students.
I work from home doing a job I love, I'm my own boss, earning a good living, what more can I say! I should have done it much sooner but was unsure of what to do, and of course I could not have done it without the backing from My Guitar Lessons”.
