Teach Advanced Pentatonic Substitution

We have just tabbed out some lessons for scale substitution. This new one features pentatonic substitutes and works on taking the 5th pentatonic and using it over the root key. Thus if you take the notes from an A minor pentatonic you will see they are A-C-D-E-G and they just keep repeating in either a lower or higher octave. Now look at the E minor pentatonic. The notes are E-G-A-B-D. Now starting from the A note here they both are back to back;

A-C-D-E-G
A-B-D-E-G

This exercise comprises of easy to follow tab and homework to get you playing this fantastic technique in all of the main keys on the guitar. Its available in our guitar tutors restricted access section. Please contact us for more details here.
