Arpeggios All Over The Fretboard

This is a quick way to use triad-arpeggios across the fretboard in any chord progression and in any key. The thing to initially do is to play it really slowly, to understand the theory under the playing. Firstly we have taken three chords that are in a 1, 4, 5 progression and using the root, 3rd and 5th notes turned them into arpeggios. Try the following and then just try down, then up to become familiar with it;
