Online Guitar Teacher Setup & Thoughts About Teaching Over The Internet

Gerry Molloy, our Manchester guitar teacher has shared both his photos from his online setup and some pro’s and con’s on what works best when conducting an online guitar lessons. Gerry says, “I’ve found you can’t play together on Zoom conferencing however you can on FaceTime. There is a bit of a time issue with Zoom but it is quite possible that it could work with enough tweaking. I am not sure about WhatsApp – the sound depends on the pupils set up. Best result today was a guy on a Apple Mac – great acoustic guitar sound both ends. The sound through my studio is great and the phone battery can do an hour.”
