New London Female Guitar Teacher Joins Us

We are delighted to announce that Amy Hurford has joined My Guitar Lessons to teach guitar in North London. She teaches all ages from kids to adults and is fully DBS checked. She can teach all styles and genres and from beginners to advanced levels. She teaches from her studio in Barnet or travels to the comfort of your own home in Enfield, Watford, Harrow and all other areas in and around North London.

Amy teaches;

• Folk/Classical/Jazz/GypsyJazz/Rock/Fingerstyle, Classical/Acoustic/Electric Bass/Guitar.
• Able to teach either lessons focused on learning songs and styles by ear, or I can teach theory, the two tend to combine at some point!
• Experienced in teaching children from the ages of 4-16 and adults of any age, it’s never too late!
• Happy to teach Children on the Autistic Spectrum.
• Currently teaching in a Children’s Orchestra but have been a working Musician for the past 10 years and have played with a wide variety of projects from Live Film Score to Avant Garde, Indie, Folk, Middle Eastern and African, Gypsy Jazz.
• Very proficient guitarist with a calm and effective approach to teaching, results guaranteed.
