Guitar Teacher Tony Murphy Joins MGL

My Guitar Lessons are pleased to announce guitar teacher Tony Murphy has joined us.

Tony is a Central London based guitarist who began playing at the age of six and first performed on stage at the age of eleven.

He has toured extensively around Europe and the UK playing original material and cover versions encompassing a variety of styles and has also recorded for the BBC.

He began teaching in 1979 (aged 19) and will teach at all levels. While theory and technical exercises are necessary, these will be kept to a minimum with the focus on playing the guitar. Tony is primarily a mobile tutor and will travel up to a 10 mile radius of SW1.
