Do guitar teachers require a DBS check?

Although a Disclosure Barring Service (formally a Criminal Record Bureau) is not a legal must have we would advise that all of our guitar teachers  have an up to date Police check through us. This can save embarrassment when asked if you have evidence of safe working with minors.

From 1 October 2013 My Guitar Lessons arranged for members in the UK to process DBS checks Please be advised that a fee is charged for this service.

To apply for a DBS check please contact dbs@MyGuitarLessons.co.uk and information will then be sent to you with full instructions on how to complete the forms.
