Our GDPR policy

As the time for the new data protection policies comes into force on 25th May 2018 we would like to tell you more about our data collection and ways we keep it as secure as possible. Firstly we use 3rd parties to hold any data captured for either marketing purposes or for our clients. All payments are handled by either PayPal or Barclaycard so we do not hold any data on our systems about your finances.

We also use a cloud capture system for keeping our client and prospect data on which is hosted by Google.

All generic email shots are made using another 3rd party, directly from their servers, so again we do not keep any of your music, contact or personal data on our systems.

Our website captures details for our clients when they sign up which is stored 3rd party servers, although some basic contact details are emailed to us so we can make contact with you as soon as you have joined us.
