The Big Muff Pi (p). Almost all of the great guitarists who used fuzz pedals would have had at least one version or more, and why not? The designers got it right. Of course, we all seek the holy grail of pedals, but before you go and spend a fortune on eBay just be aware that the build quality of the 70’s was not great and many pedals did not stand up to the abuse of being stamped on time and time again.

Now to the interesting bit……by just stepping on the second foot switch you can go from rhythm level to lead break level or back to rhythm level but still in Muff mode.
