It’s new product time From Fretfunk and a Great deal For those who fancy “Teaching Guitar”

Saddened by the news earlier in the year of Lemmy’s passing we have been thinking about how we can create our own tribute to the legend.  Having been fans for years and been at Motörhead gigs on numerous occasions we needed to come up with our own innovative product as a Tribute.  This was when the Ace of Spades Guitar Strap Locks were born!  It took a few attempts to get the design as we wanted it but now they are ready.  We currently have two colours Silver or Black with gold to follow in the coming weeks.

Guitar strap locks are a great product, and if you’ve ever dropped a guitar accidentally because a strap has slipped off a strap pin you’ll know why.  We’ve been doing a range of standard strap locks for a while now, and they are really popular with our customers.

Strap locks usually come with a plain round washer, but we decided that it would be better to have a spade shape to make the strap locks more interesting and to remind people of the classic Ace of Spades.  We hope you like these as much as we do!

Inside the box there is a replacement strap button / pin that screws into your guitar in place of the existing buttons, and then a locking piece that attaches to each end of your guitar strap.  Once in place, your strap will not come off your guitar no matter how much you move around.  To remove the strap locks simply pull up the top of the lock on the strap and slide off.
