We at My Guitar Lessons are delighted to announce we will be videoing an interview we are doing with guitar guru George Gruhn later this Month. And we want your help to put some questions to him. George is recognized worldwide as a leading expert on vintage American guitars and related instruments. In 1970, he established Gruhn Guitars, one of the largest dealers of vintage and used instruments in the world, and has been buying and selling musical instruments since 1963.

He has been a featured columnist for Vintage Guitar, Guitar Player, Pickin’, Frets, and Bluegrass Unlimited. George is the co-author of Gruhn’s Guide to Vintage Guitars, a comprehensive field guide to vintage fretted instruments now in its 3rd edition, and the companion volumes Acoustic Guitars and Other Fretted Instruments and Electric Guitars and Basses. These books chronicle the history of American stringed instruments and are beautifully illustrated and exhaustively researched. His articles are published in numerous magazines.
