Dawsons Music is one of the longest serving music retailers in the UK. Throughout our many years on the high street we’ve always been at the forefront of the latest music products, as a consequence of our forward thinking, we have steadily expanded the Dawsons brand, and now boast 12 stores and a leading online retail business. In addition, we have a Mail Order division, an Education division and Music Schools in most of our stores.

We look for the very best people to take the lead in our stores. So, as Store Manager, you’ll know everything there is to know about creating amazing retail experiences and running a successful commercial operation. Being bold, brilliant and a clear leader is at the heart of this role. This means driving and developing your team to achieve phenomenal sales through the highest standards of customer care. You will possess:

Retail experience of managing a high volume turnover store
Experience of managing, developing and coaching large teams
Able to demonstrate the know how to create a real buzz around maximising profitability and delivering company KPI’s and objectives
Have a personal interest and knowledge of musical equipment
