Rod Stewarts Guitarist Diagnosed With Cancer.

Jim Cregan, Rod Stewart‘s longtime guitar player, has had to terminate a tour of England with his band Cregan & Co. due to being diagnosed with prostate cancer. The guitarist announced the news on the band’s Facebook page. In his statement, he stressed the importance of getting checked regularly for the disease.

‘We’ve found cancer in your prostate’. However he posted laster that “Hi, I got the good news today that the cancer has not spread outside the prostate. I meet with them next week to discuss the treatment They are confident I can make a full recovery. Hooray!  Jim xx Ps. I feel so privileged to have received all those lovely messages of hope and encouragement. Thank you.”, which is fantastic news.
