Guitarist Slash Files For A Divorce

Its been reported that Ex Guns’n’Roses guitarist Slash has asked for divorce from his wife Perla Hudson after 13 years of marriage. “Irreconcilable differences” have been given as the reason for split and their date of separation is listed as June 15th. The former Guns N’ Roses guitarist is requesting joint physical and legal custody of their two boys, London and Cash.

Slash has previously filed for divorce from Perla in 2010, although the couple reconciled two months later. The pair renewed their wedding vows in August 2011. At that ceremony, they presented the boys with rings signifying the unity of their family. Speaking to The Telegraph about their relationship in 2010, Slash stated that, while he and Perla had been a tumultuous rock ‘n’ roll couple in the past, they had mellowed in recent years:

“Sid and Nancy had nothing on us. We weren’t necessarily that stupid though. Although we did have a couple of rows that were, you know, serious. Cops coming and sh-t…”Anyway, we’ve had an interesting existence. Then at some point somehow we both just mellowed out a little bit. We’re still a pretty rockin’ couple though, I gotta say.” Slash’s latest album “World on Fire” was released in September of this year.
