Maxon has expanded its pedal portfolio with the new OD808X Overdrive Extreme.
Based on the Maxon 808 model which Andy James showed us in his recent My Guitar Lessons video series, the new pedal is designed to offer a wider frequency response with an extended high-frequency range. It has also been engineered to deliver more gain and harder clipping than the standard OD808 to create amp-like distortion with enhanced note definition.
