Orange Amps MD steps down.
My Guitar Lessons have been made aware that Managing Director of Orange guitar amplifiers Damon Waller has left his position after more than ten years in charge of the resurgent British amp brand. After 12 years at Orange and 10 years as managing director, Waller has decided to stand down as boss in order to explore personal business goals.
Commenting on the decision, he said: “This is the hardest decision I have ever had to make, but I have reached the point in my life where I need to do something for myself. Orange has been such an big part of my life since I joined the company in 2002, but now I need to hand the reins over to someone new who can take the company even further.”
My Guitar Lessons would like to wish Damon the best of luck with his new ventures.
