Could Radiohead Be the Saturday Night Glastonbury Headliner?

Radiohead currently find themselves among the acts tipped to be the Saturday night headliner at this year’s Glastonbury, due to what could be a hidden clue in the festival’s poster.

Glasto revealed more than 80 of the main acts booked to play this year – all bar the hotly-anticipated Saturday night headliner.

Now, many believe that it could be Radiohead, due to a striking resemblence between the line-up poster and artwork found in the booklet of Radiohead’s “Kid A” album, as well as a promo poster for their latest album, “The King of Limbs.” See them all below.

It is worth noting that the Radiohead art was designed by Stanley Donwood – who has also designed artwork and merchandise for Glastonbury throughout the years, so it could all just be a happy coincidence.

Emily Eavis has stated that the Saturday headliner has been booked but can not yet be revealed due to “contractual reasons,” while Radiohead guitarist Johnny Greenwood has confirmed that the band would be reconvening this summer to plan their future.

Glastonbury festival takes place at Worthy Farm in Somerset from Wednesday 25 to Sunday 29 June, 2014.
