Guns n’Roses 3D Movie Hits Screens in April

Guns n’Roses have finally confirmed the cinema dates for 3D movie Appetite For Democracy – it hits UK screens on April 3.

It was shot in 2012 during the band’s residency at the Hard Rock Hotel And Casino in Las Vegas and focused on a selection of their biggest tracks from debut album Appetite For Destruction and most recent work Chinese Democracy.

The movie runs to nearly three hours. Producers say: “This absolute ambush on the city of sin puts you in the best seats in the house for an electrifying live concert performance.”

Appetite For Democracy will be available as a standard DVD featuring full show and interviews; 3D Blu-ray accompanied by 2D version; deluxe DVD and CD; and digital download plus mobile app version.

Full UK cinema listings have been published on the movie website. GnR recently confirmed they’ll return to Vegas for another residency in May, with a show entitled No Trickery: An Evening Of Destruction featuring material from throughout the band’s career.
