Sevendust Launch Acoustic Album Fundraiser

Sevendust has been using the Pledge Music platform to raise money to record a new acoustic album. And, in the 3 days that the pledge page has been online, the band has received 1404 pledges, total to 97% of their funding goal. The band has issued the following statement about the album on their PledgeMusic page.

“First off we want to thank you so much for the support over the years. You have helped us literally live out our dream and we are so glad to have you along for the ride.

“We keep hearing from so many of you that you want a studio acoustic album and another full acoustic tour and we’ve been dying to do it. We are now finally in a position to get you another really special acoustic record with new 7DUST songs and special remakes of older ones that we will gather your input on and present you with a worthy acoustic record.
