Bon Jovi Fire Guitarist Richie Sambora

Bon Jovi have reportedly fired lead guitarist Richie Sambora from the band’s current world tour.

The 54-year-old guitarist temporarily quit the group’s tour in April this year due to personal reasons but it was believed he would be re-joining the group in September.

According to RumorFix.com, Richie has been kicked off the tour due to a disagreement about money. Whilst touring with Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora would earn $2 million dollars a month and 20% of the profits from each show.

In comparison, his stand in guitarist, Philip ‘ Phil X’ Xendis is reportedly earning $10,000 a month whilst performing on Bon Jovi’s current world tour.

Richie, who has been in the band for 30 years, is reportedly devastated over the decision made by his band mates.
