Eddie Berner, former lead guitarist with 1980s band A Flock of Seagulls, will be at 10th Street Live in Kenilworth on Monday, July 29, to perform with his new band and promote his new reality TV show, “Rockin’ Road Grill.”
The show will feature Berner, who is an executive/gourmet chef, two assistants and a “bus driver with attitude,” according to press materials, who travel to rock star homes and rock ‘n’ roll venues in a converted RV. The RV serves as a mobile caterer and live music venue on wheels.
The network that will air the show has not been disclosed.
In Kenilworth, Berner will perform an original A Flock of Seagulls song, as well as four covers. Following the performance, the band plans to welcome anyone in the crowd who wants to step on stage and play with them.
A performance is planned for each episode, which will also include Berner talking to celebrities about food and cooking with them.
