Albert Lee Gears Up For Leeds City Gig

Grammy award-winning guitarist Albert Lee is preparing to rock out at Leeds City Varieties.

The musician, who has become known for his finger-style and hybrid picking technique, is coming to the city next month with his band Hogan’s Heroes.

Albert has worked with a string of superstars during his successful career, including Eric Clapton, The Everly Brothers and Dolly Parton.

His band Hogan’s Heroes is made up of musicians Gerry Hogan, Peter Baron, Brian Hodgson and Gavin Povey.

Albert Lee and Hogan’s Heroes will perform at City Varieties Music Hall on Tuesday, May 7.
