Daniel Craig isn’t exactly known for his sense of humor. But in new promos for this weekend’s episode of “Saturday Night Live,” the brooding James Bond gets downright wacky with Tarran Killam.
Earlier this week, Killam tweeted that filming the spots with Craig was his “best day ever.” After watching the video below it’s clear why.

The first few spots focus on Killam trying – and failing – to show off for Mr. 007 with gun play and an attempted make-out session. Quickly the promos transform into a montage of the two bonding, donning crazy wigs, riffing on air guitars, sharing cupcakes, and playing Monopoly (note: James Bond is a sore loser).
Now let’s just hope this kind of zaniness pervades Saturday’s episode when Craig hosts for the first time with musical guest Muse.
